End User License Agreement

This EULA covers your license to use the Sashimi app and service, operated by Wannanap Labs at sashimi.tv. It works alongside our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.

1. License Grant

Wannanap Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Sashimi to upload videos, extract frames, and download your exports, for your own personal or business purposes, subject to this agreement and our Terms of Service.

2. Your Videos and Your Frames

You retain full ownership of any video you upload and of the frames Sashimi extracts from it. We don't take ownership, and we don't use your videos or frames for anything other than running the service you asked for (processing your job, showing it to you, and — if you opted into it — the analytics described in our Privacy Policy).

3. Your Warranty

By uploading a video, you warrant that you own it or otherwise have all the rights necessary to upload it, process it through Sashimi, and download and use the resulting frames. You're solely responsible for making sure you have the right to use any content you upload.

4. Restrictions

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Sashimi; upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the rights to; resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service to third parties without our permission; or use the service to build a competing product.

5. Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate this agreement or our Terms of Service. We may also suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations, including repeat copyright infringement (see our DMCA Policy). On termination, your right to use Sashimi ends immediately; sections of this agreement that by their nature should survive (like ownership of your content and limitations on our liability) continue to apply.

6. No Warranty, Limited Liability

Sashimi is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Our liability under this EULA is limited in the same way described in our Terms of Service.
