DMCA / Copyright Policy

Wannanap Labs, operator of Sashimi (sashimi.tv), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This page explains how to report copyright infringement and how we handle those reports under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on Sashimi infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (contact below) that includes:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and enough information for us to locate it (a job ID, share link, or URL).
3. Your contact information: name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices missing these elements may not be actionable under the DMCA, and we may not be able to act on them.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If content you uploaded was removed because of a takedown notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
2. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, and phone number.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which Wannanap Labs may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content, unless the original complainant informs us they've filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts that receive repeat valid takedown notices, in line with our Terms of Service and EULA.
